Michael DeMack

Physician Assistant

I have been in medicine since 1978 beginning as an EMT. I then became a FMF Hospital Corpsman while stationed at Camp Pendleton. There I became a Paramedic as well. I was Honorably discharged in 1990 and challenged for my nursing license. I worked nights and went to school during the day until I was accepted into Stanford University School of Medicine. I graduated as a Physician Assistant January 1999 and have been practicing since.

I am a native Arizonan and have been living in Payson since 2016 and working with Dr Michels since June 2017.  I have been married to my wife Sandy of 34 years. We have a 28 y/o son Josiah. We enjoy the outdoors off roading, camping, shooting, fishing, and hiking.
